INSPIRATIONAL FOUNDER LEAVES
Phyllis Gordon-Spencer, who devised the girls programme for The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award in January 1957, has sadly died aged 96. Her death is made even more poignant as the DofE is shortly to celebrate her legacy in this the 50th anniversary year of girls taking part in the Award. Full Release HERE.
